We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a robust background in capital markets and finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management, along with a strong understanding of risk and control principles. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering requirements to support the growth of our business while fostering a culture of excellence in business analysis. Additionally, they will be responsible for nurturing junior talent and establishing a center of business analysis excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to capital markets, liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management. Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications.

  • Solution Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements and risk management standards. Evaluate alternative approaches and recommend optimal solutions.

  • Risk and Control Oversight: Apply a risk and control mindset to all aspects of business analysis activities. Identify potential risks and control gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement appropriate mitigation measures.

  • Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. Lead initiatives to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.

  • Talent Development: Mentor and coach junior business analysts to support their professional growth and development. Foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment conducive to skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.

  • Center of Excellence Establishment: Lead efforts to establish a center of business analysis excellence within the organization. Define best practices, develop standardized methodologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in business analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.

  • Proven experience as a business analyst in capital markets and finance, with a focus on liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management.

  • Strong understanding of financial products, market instruments, and regulatory requirements in the capital markets domain.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality business requirements and functional specifications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Leadership qualities with a passion for talent development and team building.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
