US Retail Bank, Business Execution Senior Analyst - Asst Vice President (Hybrid)

The Business Execution Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical, and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of data, key processes, and other measures to gain insight to remediation of data issues.  

Responsibilities:
•    Partner with the Chief Data Office to analyze, research, and remediate Data Concerns impacting retail bank data.  
•    Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
•    Acts as a SME to key stakeholders.
•    Close line of sight to business operational process changes to ensure changes have no detrimental impact on downstream data.
•    Providing implementation / post-implementation technology support
•    Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned.
•    Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

•    5-8 years of experience in business analysis and systems analysis
•    Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools including JIRA.
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
•    Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design.
•    Proven interpersonal, diplomatic, and influencing skills.
•    Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
•    Knowledge of Retail Deposits/Payments product processors, business process, and data lineage.
