Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health. Operations Process Reengineering Framework (OPRF) is a data driven metrics reporting and scoring solution for the key performance metrics for our Operations groups.

The AVP OPRF Data Integration Analyst is an intermediate-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. This position would help expand the solution to extend beyond the existing groups and datasets.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects and foster communication between business leaders and IT
• Work closely with Operations group, senior stakeholders and provide solutions to their business needs
• Work with large and complex data sets to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
• Perform UAT testing as per standard release timelines, store test results and ensure successful production implementation
• Propose new data initiatives and strategies for enhanced analysis and decision-making
• Provide Senior Management qualitative data insights through the use of data analytic techniques, to highlight process re-engineering opportunities, location strategy opportunities etc. 
• Monitoring, maintaining and validating Data Quality to ensure consistent and accurate reporting which also includes new data feed being on-boarded / integrated into the application.
• Proactively identify areas of inefficiency or automation opportunities and implement systematic or process improvements in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Contributing to automation projects within the scope of CI throughout all phases of the project lifecycle e.g., requirements specification, UAT testing, roll-out and post-production checkouts.
• Excellent presentation skills with exquisite attention to detail. EE often present ideas, concepts, and updates to a broad range of recipients so being able to swiftly put together a succinct series of presentation slides is imperative
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leveraging complex data sets to create executive reports
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new requirements and subject matter
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong, creative problem-solving skills (analyze and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy).
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, relational database knowledge with SQL awareness and an understanding of the data lifecycle at financial instituitions would be advantageous.
