The Human Resources organization has an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in leading improvement initiatives to evaluate the department’s effectiveness and contribute to the future organization. The role will report to the HR Chief Data Officer and engage with team members across multiple HR data. In this role, you will navigate global and cross-functional needs and drive towards an ideal state of a mature data program.

The Process Reengineering & Redesign lead will be responsible for overseeing improvement initiatives across various areas, including data governance, product management for data & analytics tools and platforms, data quality, data issues management, operational and regulatory reporting, End-User Computing (EUC) and AI model governance, privacy, records retention, and data risk management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead process reengineering and improvement initiatives across the HR data organization, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization
  • Accountable for achieving measurable and sustainable operational efficiency results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute change across processes, procedures, and day-to-day activities
  • Enhance the operational and regulatory reporting processes, as well as governance of EUC and AI models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and company polices
  • Assess and improve current processes in privacy, records retention, and data risk management, aligning practices with legal and regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate with senior management to align data management strategies with business goals
  • Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Experience:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing large-scale process reengineering projects from inception through to successful implementation, including stakeholder management, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • 10 plus years of experience in process reengineering or process improvement within a data management context, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of data management, data governance, data quality management, and data risk management principles
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR data strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, identifying bottlenecks, and successfully implementing process improvements
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Ability to proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges, ensuring efficiency

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
