Citibank, N.A. seeks a Business Sr Tech Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Duties: Perform analysis, acquisition, and enrichment of data required for regulatory reports and analysis of business IT needs. Migrate key liquidity reports including FR2052a, ILST (Internal Liquidity Stress Testing), NSFR (Net Stable Funding Ratio) on a strategic platform using strategic data and rules. Drive various data acquisition and end to end liquidity enrichments efforts for various projects for regulatory reporting. Understand business requirements and document functional requirements to be used by software development teams for the development of the liquidity platform. Hold discussions with stakeholders for understanding business requirements. Drive system integration testing and provide functional support during User acceptance testing. Coordinate with business Subject Matter Experts and various stakeholders in the program and confer with clients regarding the nature of data processing and computation needs to process the same. Develop business and functional specifications, process flow diagrams. Liaise with end users and functional owner during risk engineering and high-level review session to derive and execute action plans, regulatory commitments and standards. Perform map and gap analysis to determine approved data sources or strategic data repository in Citi and map it to data demand. Organize, specify and model the requirements ensure requirements are complete and unambiguous. Plan testing within the development cycle including formulation of testing objectives and quality criteria, development of testing strategy and recommending testing approach; ensure cohesive integration of test and development activities. Serve as lead business analyst on liquidity programs and consent order work. Work closely with treasury stakeholders and technology partners running data portion of consent order work streams. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electronic Engineering or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Lead Analyst, Software Engineer, Senior Consultant, or related position involving regulatory reporting technologies. 5 years of experience must include: Java; PL/SQL; Logic Design; Ensuring reliability and responsiveness of software applications; Designing, expanding, and modifying web-based systems for liquidity reporting; Optimizing technology to create new services for internal and external customers with user acceptance; Data compression, collection, preparation, & management; Microsoft Excel; and Data review & statistical analysis.
