The Operations & Technology Campus Recruiting & Program Management Lead, is a management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment and program management process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide campus recruiting and program management activities in support of the business strategy.

This key leadership role will be a member of and will collaborate with the leadership team, global Human Resources colleagues, business management, learning & development, compensation and recruiting teams to develop and execute plans and initiatives for the overall career experience of early career talent.  The leader in this role will manage and drive strategic initiatives for early career talent working in Operations & Technology.  They will be responsible for a team of campus recruiters and program managers who will support, drive, and execute our strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of early career campus professionals with a proven track record of transformational leadership 

  • Develop detailed campus recruiting and program management strategy to meet business needs for early career talent acquisition

  • Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors, Compensation, Learning & Development, etc

  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates

  • Consults on strategies to create a robust workforce plan that addresses current and future organizational needs, including workforce size and structure for the program, function, or business area he/she supports

  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with managers and business heads to fill campus program positions

  • Engage with colleagues from other regions, maintain knowledge of campus recruitment and program management best practices and strive for global consistency

  • Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs

  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a college graduate, preferably with 6+ years of HR experience in financial services or similar industry

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Campus Programs

  • Experience in large, complex financial services organization

  • Experience within consultative recruiting model

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent through social media channels

  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Team player with flexibility to accommodate different personalities and all levels of management

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
