VP - NAM ETF Operations Manager-Hybrid

The candidate is expected to manage ETF Operations technology initiatives and all technology related events.  Candidate will have 5+ years of ETF related as well as a strong project management background. The candidate should have knowledge of the following:

• PCF file preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices
• ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market
• ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangement, both in cash and in kind
• ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP’s
• Handling AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption orders
• CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent
• ETF rebalancing handling
• ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
• Capital markets, securities, and financial instruments

The candidate should also have experience in project management related to technology initiatives. Knowledge of Agile is a plus. The candidate will work with Operations team members and business analysts to submit JIRAs, develop detailed business requirements. The candidate will interact with technology through the development phase and manage these projects through completion (testing, implementation).

The candidate also needs to display strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, people management skills and time management skills. The candidate should also be methodical and has excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• Experience in ETF operations or tertiary qualifications

• Experience as project and implementation lead

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s degree preferred
