The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include contribution to external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may assist in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount, assisting with training completion reports and routine communication updates, or coordination of other administrative needs. May work on ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Business Unity Group Manager with routine communication updates including the ICM Underwriting intranet site and weekly communication distribution
  • Support global communication events, information sessions, and internal trainings including managing Zoom recordings, Slido administration, coordination of key speakers, and consolidating post-session resources for distribution
  • Maintain all distribution lists, SharePoint, and Teams channel access within ICM Underwriting on a monthly basis, or ad hoc as needed to ensure that all ICM Underwriting staff receive updates in a timely manner
  • Assist Global Training Lead with ad hoc training completion reporting, monthly training report consolidation, and administrative support of Degreed pathways, Brainshark training initiatives, and other ad hoc training support as needed
  • Assist Communications and Engagement Lead with ongoing team engagement and VOE events and initiatives, as needed
  • Assist Staffing Leads with creating organization designs, administrative reporting and requisition reconciliation efforts as needed


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced Excel expertise including demonstrated capabilities with pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and formulas
  • Experience with databases and information management
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Citi continues to enhance its business control and governance framework by building out Institutional Credit Management (ICM), a new function in the 1st Line of Defense, to house and consistently manage credit risk activities performed across its Institutional Businesses. ICM’s objective is to provide integrated “end-to-end” credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit risk across the enterprise. Within ICM, the Credit Underwriting function (ICM-UW) provides analysis, greenlight, underwriting, first-line-of-defense credit approval and subsequent credit monitoring across all Institutional Wholesale Credit businesses across Services, Markets, and Banking organizations.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$77,280.00 - $115,920.00
