FX/FXオプション業務における当該ポジションは、FX/FXオプション業務の取引約定確認（コンファメーション）、決済、各種インベスティゲーション等の主要な業務処理を遂行することが求められます。

当該ポジションにおいて期待される役割・行動

- FX/FXオプション業務を遂行するにあたって、業務処理及び業界スタンダードへの深い洞察力をもって各種課題の解決に対応する。

- FX/FXオプション業務における業務面での各種ソリューションを提供する。

ジュニアスタッフの指導・育成。

- FX/FXオプション業務のエキスパートとしての業務推進及び課題分析によって商品サービスの提供に貢献する。

- FX/FXオプション業務の新たなテクノロジー・システムを駆使して電子化・自動化を推進する。

- ビジネス意思決定に際しては以下のリスクを多面的に勘案した上で判断を行うことが求められる。シティグループのレピュテーション、顧客及びその資産、各種法令及び規定の遵守、個人の行動規範及びビジネス慣習における倫理性、透明性を持ったエスカレーション及びレポーティング。

求められるスキル

- 5-8年程度の銀行事務経験

- 2-3年程度の外国為替もしくは決済関連事務経験があるとより望ましい

- 読書きおよび口頭での中級程度の英語コミュニケーション能力

- ネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力

Job Description

Citi’s Operations and Technology (O&T) enables Citi to achieve its day-to-day operational and long-term growth goals, enabling execution of Citi’s strategy by providing services, technical solutions and infrastructure across the bank.

FX and FX Option Operation Member is an intermediate level position responsible for processing FX and FX Option trade. The core objective of this role is management of Trade Confirmation, settlement, and post settlement investigation for FX and FX Option Product.

In this role, you’re expected to:

- Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of FX and FX Option Product processing procedures and industry standards.

Offer advanced solutions for assigned FX and FX Option Product processing areas.

- Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.

- Serve as analytical or procedural expert for FX and FX Option Product processing deliverables/initiatives.

- Assist with the development of new techniques / systems and streamlining FX and FX Option Product processing activities for more electronic and systematic transaction processing.

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

- 5-8 years of Banking Experience

- 2-3 years of FX Operation and or Settlement Operation Experience

- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

- Japanese - Fluent
